Nirosha has advised a variety of tech companies, from start-ups to large public companies.
Nirosha works with clients in digital media, software, e-commerce, adtech and data. She has experience in SaaS agreements, strategic partnerships, advertising and licensing agreements.
She is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.

You should spend at least one hour a day during the week and at least three hours during the weekend.
You can start with an idea and nothing else. Once you decide what the idea will be you will need a laptop to start with.
It would have to be your passion for your idea and your focus. Don’t get distracted by funding and equipment. It is one step at a time.
Start ups can have one founder or as many as you want. It easier to start with a few founders to help speed up rather than to have discussions. Action over discussion.
